WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty only covers items defective due to faulty material/manufacturing. Warranty applies to all items (excluding supplements) up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange. Warranty does not cover items that were damaged due to improper use/handling or normal wear and tear (which includes being chewed by a dog.) We recommend e-mailing us a photo of the item in question first.

We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order processing date.

All items must be in LIKE NEW CONDITION, no wear and tear, no dog hair.

If exchanging a harness for a different size, send the item to the address below. Include detailed description of the exchange request (harness size and color, shipping address). Also include the original receipt of purchase and a check for $5.95 to cover shipping expenses ($10.95 if two or more harnesses are being exchanged).

SHIPPING TERMS

All domestic orders will be shipped by Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Larger orders might be shipped by Parcel Post.

All international orders will be shipped by US Air Mail (Priority or First Class).

Orders are being processed in the order they were received.

Should you wish to request priority processing and Express Shipping, call us at 913-364-4988 with your credit card information. All Express orders are subject to additional $10.00 charge for priority processing (in addition to Express shipping charge).
